Who operates UniSale
UniSale is operated by "NATURAL TREASURE" MCHJ, Uzbekistan. By using a UniSale service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a shop, enterprise or supplier, you must have authority to act for that business.
UniSale provides software for discovering shops, displaying listings, placing and managing orders, and recording business activity. A participating shop or supplier is a separate business; using UniSale does not make it part of UniSale.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate information needed for your account and keep your sign-in method secure. Do not share staff or kiosk credentials with unauthorized people. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access.
Business access depends on the role assigned by an authorized manager or administrator. Social sign-in and other connected services may have their own terms. You are responsible for actions taken through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Listings, orders and payments
Shops control their listings, prices, availability, order acceptance and fulfillment. Check the shop, items, total, delivery or service details and payment method before submitting an order. A shop handles questions about its goods or services, delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds; contact the shop first for an order issue.
When online payment is available, the selected payment provider processes the payment under its own terms. UniSale may display payment status and transaction information, but does not become the seller of a shop's goods or services merely because its software facilitates an order or payment.
Business subscriptions or other UniSale charges, when applicable, are separate from customer purchases. The relevant subscription screen shows the current charge, period, credits and account balance. Contact UniSale support if you question a platform charge. Nothing in these terms limits a right to a refund or other remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Business and supplier tools
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their catalogs, inventory, prices, staff assignments and records they enter. Kiosk devices are configured and operated by the shop using them.
A supplier and shop may use UniSale to share a proposed shipment reference and record its acceptance and outcome. They arrange payment, delivery and any dispute resolution directly with each other; UniSale does not provide a payment or transport channel for that supplier flow.
Responsible use
Use UniSale lawfully and respect other users' rights. Do not impersonate another person or business, submit misleading listings or payment information, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to distribute harmful code or infringing content.
You remain responsible for content you submit and for having the rights needed to use it. You permit UniSale to store and display that content only as needed to provide the features you use. Features may vary by region, account role, device and third-party provider, and service interruptions may occur.
Privacy and closing an account
Our privacy policy describes the information we use, how it is shared and retained, and how to make a data request. Customers can start account deletion from Profile → Delete account or the account-deletion page. Eligible business staff can use the same option to remove sign-in access; administrators must contact support for assistance. Shop, order and financial records may remain as explained in the privacy policy.
Closing an account does not cancel an existing order, payment or business obligation. If you cannot sign in, contact support. For Facebook sign-in, see the public data-deletion instructions.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised text with a new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
For questions about these terms or the platform, email wenson@unisale.cn or use our support page.
